This is a project of 558 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with commercial units, swimming pools, green areas and a promenade. This residential development is located on the Mediterranean coast, just 800 metres from the harbour, close to bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies.

The development is located in south-eastern Spain in the province of Murcia on the Costa Calida. It is a 22 km long strip of land located between the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Mar Menor on the other. The Mar Menor is a vast tidalless lake with warm salt water, ideal for water sports, of which there is an abundance. In addition, the area is well known for its golf courses, of which there are several within a 30-minute to one-hour drive.
