Villa in Finestrat

This beautiful villa is designed as a walkable space, with internal and external pathways allowing independent access to each floor. This offers different perspectives of the architectural complex and its surroundings, with the sea and Sierra Cortina in the background. The main entrance to the villa is located at the bottom of the plot, with ample parking for two cars.

From the living room there is access to the terrace thanks to a large tilting window. Wooden shutters on the brick walls provide protection. The swimming pool in celadon shades is next to a non-slip porcelain stoneware floor imitating wood. This space includes a barbecue area that can be designed to the client’s needs, with access from the paved side through the natural area.
